Website terms
Terms for viewing original studies and discussing a possible freelance project.
1. Professional identity and scope
PRISCILLA MARIE PEREZ, using the public name Priscilla Marie Perez, publishes this visual design portfolio at the identification address 1934 Olive Ave, Atwater, CA 95301, United States. The email route is [email protected]. The website introduces original concepts and supports an initial project enquiry. It does not itself operate a campaign, place advertisements or create a social media account for a visitor. These website terms are separate from the detailed conditions of a paid engagement. Any actual design work requires agreement about the brief, deliverables, rights, timing and fees before it should be treated as commissioned.
2. The studies are fictional visual exercises
Citrus Club, Make a Move, Little Things are independent concepts, with imagined brands, sample messages and fictional briefs. They demonstrate visual hierarchy and the relationship between formats. They are not a list of paying clients, live promotions or measured campaigns. A graphic with an event title does not announce an actual event, and a stationery concept does not establish stock available to buy. The project notes explain what was explored. No advertising approval, engagement rate, sales result or customer endorsement is claimed through the examples.
3. Browsing and using the artwork
Visitors may explore the work and use the enquiry route for a relevant design discussion. Downloading or viewing an image does not automatically authorise its commercial use, resale or republication as another person’s commissioned campaign. Ask about the specific intended use before reproducing a concept or adapting its fictional brand. Do not interfere with the service, attempt private access or send unlawful content. The form is not a public publishing tool, a bulk messaging service or permission to disclose confidential information about a third party.
4. The email-draft function
Completing the project form prepares a local preview and an optional link to your email application. It sends nothing automatically and makes no payment or booking. Review the recipient, subject and body before deciding to send through your own service. A local status message cannot confirm receipt, reading or acceptance by the freelancer. A later response may ask questions about the brief rather than commit to production. Availability, scope and agreed conditions should be explicit before either party relies on work having been commissioned.
5. Planning a campaign design brief
A useful brief identifies the main message, intended audience, brand material, required formats and where the graphics will appear. It should distinguish concept direction from copywriting, photography, illustration, animation, account management and paid distribution. Those tasks are not automatically bundled together. A proposal can then specify the deliverables, revisions, approvals, usage rights, fee and schedule for the actual engagement. No fixed package, response deadline or production capacity is promised by the presence of three portfolio studies or a contact button.
6. Copy, imagery and approval
Before supplying text, photographs, logos or illustrations, confirm that you can authorise the proposed use. Make attribution, model permissions, confidentiality and publication limits clear. Factual statements and any health, price or product claims require appropriate checking by the responsible party. A visual layout can organise approved copy without independently substantiating it. The agreement should say who approves the final message and artwork. Do not submit private follower records or account credentials in an introductory enquiry merely because the eventual graphics may be used on a social platform.
7. Platforms, formats and changing requirements
Square, portrait and story formats have different composition needs. Safe areas, interface overlays, compression and platform specifications should be checked for the actual publishing destination. Requirements may change after a design is delivered, and an old concept cannot guarantee compatibility with a future interface. The portfolio does not promise advertising approval or continued display by an independent network. Any account operation, scheduling, paid distribution or ongoing adaptation should be included explicitly in the real scope if required, with the relevant access and responsibilities agreed separately.
8. Files, licences and handover
The project agreement should identify final formats, editable files, asset licences and permitted uses. A visual kit may contain layouts and guidance without including every underlying software or typeface licence. Rights in supplied photography, brand material and third-party assets continue to matter after a graphic is adapted. A browser image is not a production handover specification. Review dimensions, text, colour and any required export settings before publication. Future campaign extensions, new messages and maintenance are additional work to define rather than assumed indefinite obligations.
9. Commercial conditions and limits
There are no prices, checkout or online payments on this portfolio. Fees, currency, payment stages and cancellation provisions belong in the actual commission agreement. The examples cannot guarantee audience response, revenue, reach, conversion or an uninterrupted website connection. Applicable mandatory rights remain available, and these terms are not intended to exclude protections that cannot lawfully be removed. A concern should identify the relevant page or engagement so it can be assessed in context, without attaching unrelated private material or treating an enquiry as an accepted order.
10. Updates and related notices
The displayed date for these terms is 2 November 2026. A later website update does not quietly alter a separately agreed project. The Privacy policy describes browser previews, infrastructure and email correspondence. The Cancellations and refunds page explains the absence of an on-site transaction and the questions to resolve for paid work. The Portfolio disclaimer sets out the fictional status of the visual studies. Read each for its own subject, and contact [email protected] with the relevant study or agreement when asking about scope or use.
