Cancellations and refunds
The distinction between an enquiry, an agreed project and a payment.
1. No purchase through the campaign examples
Priscilla Marie Perez, publicly identified as PRISCILLA MARIE PEREZ, presents a visual design portfolio at 1934 Olive Ave, Atwater, CA 95301, United States. There is no online shop, advertising purchase, subscription or paid download attached to its studies. Completing the enquiry form produces a draft rather than a charge. A visitor therefore does not acquire an on-site order or refundable credit by browsing the work. This policy addresses the distinction between an introductory conversation and any separately agreed campaign-design commission; it does not invent payment records or product-return procedures that the website does not operate.
2. Choosing not to proceed
You may explore an idea or ask about visual formats without that exchange automatically becoming a paid engagement. If no actual proposal has been accepted, explain that you do not wish to continue the enquiry. A browser preview alone reserves no time and authorises no campaign placement. Any paid concept exploration needs to be identified before work starts. If an agreement already exists through a separate conversation, its terms matter; closing a draft on this website does not by itself change that agreement.
3. What a campaign agreement should distinguish
A real scope can separate creative direction, graphic production, format adaptations and revisions. Payment stages and cancellation arrangements should be stated alongside those tasks before they are relied on. If work must stop, the relevant agreement, work completed and applicable rights determine the position. This notice does not set a standard forfeiture, guaranteed repayment percentage or universal deadline. Fictional campaign art provides no evidence about the fee, production stage or financial terms of a different project requested by a visitor.
4. Changes to message or deliverables
A different audience, new copy or added story formats can change the work required. Raise a pause, cancellation or substantial revision in the actual project conversation and identify which tasks should stop. Discuss approved concepts, completed assets and remaining exports separately, including the rights associated with them. A cancellation request does not automatically calculate a payment adjustment in the browser. Nor should a new request be treated as approval for additional costs without clarity about how it relates to the previously agreed brief.
5. Review route and third-party commitments
Contact [email protected] with the project reference, relevant agreement, stage reached, payment concerned where applicable, and requested resolution. Full bank logins or card credentials are unnecessary. Image licensing, paid media, publishing tools or account management can be governed by other providers or separate participants. Their charges are not automatically reversible by the visual designer. Identify the relevant commitment instead of assuming the portfolio controls every part of a campaign. A first message should not contain private audience lists or unrestricted access to an advertising account.
6. Clarity about the final outcome
A resolution should record what happens to unfinished design, approved files, usage rights and any agreed payment adjustment. Because the portfolio processes no payments, it cannot promise an automatic reversal or certify a provider’s processing time. Rights that cannot legally be removed remain available. The notice is dated 2 November 2026 and describes the current draft-enquiry site. Updating it later does not rewrite an already agreed campaign commission or the cancellation conditions of an independent platform, licence supplier or other service.
